Dr. Martens 1461 Polka Dot Smooth Leather
New this season, this high-impact print is a mashup of polka dots and stripes – nodding to our iconic grooved outsole. Set on a Smoke DMs sole, the shoes are printed all over in full-volume polka dot and marked by our signature yellow welt stitching.
- Second off the DM’s production line, the 1461 is a 3-eye shoe championed for its versatility
- Hardwearing and famously tough, our Smooth leather can be polished to shine or scuffed-up
- Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700°C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch

Durable and famously stiff to start, our Smooth Leather can be polished to a dapper shine or artfully scuffed-up depending on your preference.
Care Instructions
Lightly wipe away dirt with a damp cloth. Apply Dr. Martens Ultra Protector for an added layer of protection against dirt and stains.
Construction
Goodyear Welted – the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
